Join us

The Faversham Creek Trust has strength and credibility because it has members. Our members are very important to us.

By joining, you enable FCT, through its Trustees, to take a seat on various community bodies. You make possible our Boat Camp and the RowBoat scheme, where local school students gain boatmaking knowledge and skills and then take their new craft out onto the water. You help us raise funds.

With your support, we are able to provide a voice to promote and celebrate Faversham’s maritime heritage.

In return, members receive our occasional Newsletter, and invitations to member-only events – the Christmas Party, and Annual General Meeting (always with a great speaker). You are the first to hear about talks, Barn Dances, Wine Tastings, and other fund-raising events.

The best benefit of membership is the chance to get involved as a Helper. There is normally a full calendar of events from May to September, and we depend on member Helpers for the success of these events. During the lockdown many of these activities have been put on hold, but we plan to resume a full calendar as soon as we can.

As a member we ask that you make regular contributions, ideally by standing order from £10 annually.  You can download the membership application form and standing order form here. Please return them to us at the
