Discover the intriguing history of the Purifier Building at our exhibition in the Arthur Percival room on Saturday 17th August 2024 between 10am and 3pm.
Restored entirely by volunteers, the building is a valuable community asset and home to wooden boat building and other maritime trades.
Then take a look at a wooden boat being made in the Shipwrights Hall by Cinque Ports Rowing. Boat builders and rowers will be there to answer questions and explain the process to you.
